eHealthcare Solutions is currently seeking a VP, Digital Publisher Development to further grow the network of publishing partners we represent. We are seeking someone with an experienced track record in growing businesses through networking, consultative selling, with at least 5 years’ experience in digital media and technology and extensive contacts throughout the health and medical publishing space. Position will be measured on the individual’s ability and success to create publisher pipeline and assist in securing contractual representation commitments from new Publishers as well as renewing existing accounts.

VP, New Business Development is responsible for:
  • Sourcing new digital inventory for our advertising sales team to monetize through securing new exclusive long-term publisher representation agreements.
  • Achieving a target goal of net new annual publishing revenues.
  • Gaining network and publisher adoption on new revenue generating products and services, and overcoming external challenges, through relationship building and political navigation at each publishing partner.

Bonuses and performance payments are established based net new revenue production through secured representation agreements.

Departmental management responsibilities:
  • Hiring, mentoring and managing direct publisher development managers (currently two direct report, with team expanding as success milestones are achieved)

The Director of Sales Enablement & Proposal Desk (considered pre-sales) is a player/coach responsible for a newly formed department, expanding the current Proposal Desk to include Sales Enablement. The Director works closely with all cross functional teams including Sales, Ad Operations, Marketing, Reporting & Analytics and Account Management.

What You’ll Do – Sale Enablement
  • Establish and implement a strategy which enables the sales organization to drive a consistent narrative, value-driven commercial methodology and efficient sales process.
  • You will partner with Sales leadership to create opportunities for territory tailoring and success.
  • Build an EHS process with a goal to create a program which educates all employees across the company on our high-value messaging and value proposition so that everyone in the company is “playing from the same sheet of music”.
  • Develop playbooks which will ultimately support seller effort through the simplification of knowledge transfer, access to key competitive intelligence, synthesizing requests of the sales team from cross-functional teams such as product, marketing and account management.

What You’ll Do – Proposal Desk

The Campaign Coordinator, Digital Advertising operates within the eHealthcare Solutions Client Services team and is primarily focused on contract execution, campaign fulfillment, client relationships and maintaining a book of business. The Campaign Coordinator is client-facing, serves as the internal/external main point of contact for campaign fulfillment, and interacts closely with Sales, Ad Operations, Reporting & Analytics and Finance.

Day to day responsibilities include:

  • Facilitate internal kickoffs
  • Contribute to and participate in client Quarterly Business Review meetings
  • Partner closely with the Account Management team in support of new or existing business, working closely with the pre-sales team, post-sales campaign management, performance, and evaluation.
  • Maintain detailed account tracking of campaign activities
  • Responsible and accountable for the management of the successful fulfillment and completion of all client contract deliverables within contract terms from Kick-off through campaign close. Ensure all client and internal compliance processes are followed.
  • Minimize need for contract amendment/conversion/extension – Coordinate all required contract amendment processes, execution, and communications

Description

The Partner Development Account Manager plays a critical role in our entrepreneurial, dynamic company. This role is responsible for maintaining, expanding, and renewing our publishing partner relationships. They will also work to coordinate and execute new publisher on-boarding and integration efforts with the support of our Ad Operations team.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities include:
  • Meeting with publishers on a regular cadence
  • Seeking opportunities to improve our publishing partner’s revenue
  • Upselling new product and service offerings to publishers

We are currently seeking a driven and detail-oriented Proposal and Sales Enablement Specialist to join our team. This role requires a keen attention to detail, a strong understanding of marketing metrics, experience with contextual advertising, a creative eye for layout and design, excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, and proficiency in various tools including Sales Force, Xandr, Quip, Slack Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and more.

As a Proposal and Sales Enablement Specialist, you will be a key player in supporting the sales team by crafting persuasive proposals, presentations, and other materials to secure new business and provide ongoing support to our existing clients. This position demands a highly analytical individual who can effectively utilize data and insights to develop compelling, impactful, and visually appealing proposals.

Proposal Desk:
    ● Analyze Requests for Proposal (RFPs): Review and understand the requirements and objectives of each RFP received from prospective clients.
    ● Coordinate Proposal Process: Manage the end-to-end proposal creation process, including coordinating with stakeholders, gathering necessary information, and ensuring adherence to deadlines. Hold information sessions with the Sales Team to review the clients needs prior to beginning the proposal, as needed.
    ● Content Development: Write compelling and persuasive content for proposals, highlighting the agency’s capabilities, solutions, and value proposition.
    ● Validate Inventory: Pull available inventory reports to determine viability of a specific tactic which meets the clients objectives, and coordinate with AdOps as needed.
    ● Positioning Strategy: Develop a positioning strategy to differentiate the agency’s proposal from competitors and effectively address client needs.
    ● Quality Control: Conduct thorough quality control checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with RFP guidelines and internal standards.
    ● Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with various teams, such as sales, marketing, subject matter experts, and operations, to gather relevant information and incorporate it into the proposal.
    ● Visual Presentation: Create visually appealing proposals by formatting and designing the content in a professional and engaging manner which adheres to design guidelines.
    ● Proposal Template Creation: Build and maintain a library of proposal templates to streamline the creation process and ensure consistency in branding and messaging.
    ● Pricing and Budgeting: Collaborate with relevant teams to determine appropriate pricing and develop budget proposals that align with client requirements, and seek approval when needed for any pricing which falls outside of preset guidelines.
    ● Proposal Tracking and Reporting: Maintain a tracking system to monitor proposal progress, document outcomes, and generate reports on proposal activity, success rates, and areas for improvement.
    ● Continuous Improvement: Follow established proposal systems and procedures, continuously optimizing proposal and sales enablement processes for improved efficiency and effectiveness.

    Sales Enablement:

    ● Develop Sales Collateral: Contribute to and keep-up-to date the sales presentations, pitch decks, product/service brochures, case studies, and other sales collateral to support the sales team in their efforts to win new business.
    ● Content Creation: Contribute to compelling and informative content, such as whitepapers, blogs, articles, and industry reports, to help educate potential clients and establish thought leadership within the pharmaceutical advertising space.
    ● Sales Training and Onboarding: Assist in designing and delivering training programs for the sales team, providing them with the necessary knowledge and tools to effectively communicate the value proposition of the agency’s offerings. This may include creating training materials, conducting workshops, and participating in sales enablement events.
    ● Market and Competitive Analysis: Contribute to research and analysis on the pharmaceutical advertising industry, market trends, and competitors. Stay updated on the latest industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure the sales team remains knowledgeable and competitive.
    ● Sales Enablement Technology: Utilize sales enablement tools and technologies, such as CRM systems, content management systems, sales intelligence platforms, and collaboration tools, to streamline sales processes and enhance productivity.
    ● Metrics and Analytics: Track and analyze key sales metrics, such as win rates, conversion rates, and sales cycle length.
    ● Sales Support: Provide ongoing support to the sales team, such as answering inquiries, addressing client-specific requests, and assisting in preparing for sales meetings and presentations. This could include attending client calls to present specific aspects of the proposal you created.
