Released in 2015, R.J. is the co-author of RESULTS: The Future of Pharmaceutical & Healthcare Marketing, a book examining current and future trends shaping for industry marketers.
R.J. also co-founded Tap Native, a self-serve, image + text, vertical native network in the healthcare space that is providing brands and agencies with a clean brand safe environment free of click-bait, rebill offers, and other nefarious actors common to the native ecosystem.
R.J. also co-founded Ad-Juster, a software as a service company focused in digital advertising operations as a discrepancy management tool serving more than half of the comScore top 100 web publishers. Ad-Juster was named to the INC 500 list (#186) of fastest growing private companies in 2013, 2014, and 2015. Ad-Juster was sold to Innotech Capitals in 2016.
R.J. is past president and active member of the Rotary Club of Trenton, N.J. As well as an active angel investor, both within and outside of healthcare and technology.

Amy comes to EHS with over twenty years of experience leading sales teams and growing businesses. As Executive Vice President of Sales, Amy leads the strategic sales arm of EHS, driving revenue by aligning customer needs with the company’s ever-evolving capabilities in HCP-level targeting across programmatic, custom, native and display advertising solutions.
Amy is a passionate advocate for the healthcare industry, and is currently serving as the President of the Philadelphia Chapter of the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association for 2018-2019. In addition to her role as President, she also sits on the Mid-Atlantic Regional Council of HBA. Amy was recently inducted into MM&M’s Hall of Femme in April 2019.
Don has been working in the Healthcare and Pharmaceutical space for more than 15 years in a variety of roles that span the gamut of creative and professional services; as a designer, creative director, technical illustrator, technologist, strategist and UI/UX specialist. Don’s knowledge of design, visual and verbal communication, and technological expertise combined with his capacity to work with multidisciplinary groups make him a valuable member of the EHS team.
As the Director of Digital Solutions & Strategy, Don works directly with the Sales and Audience Development teams to develop strategic proposals, enhance and improve our existing line of high impact sponsorship programs, while also developing new products.
Joining EHS in 2015 as a Partner Relations Manager, Katelynn has had a few roles across the EHS landscape. Most recently as Director Programmatic, Client Success Manager where she was responsible for the day to day campaign management for direct sold and programmatic campaigns. Katelynn has since been promoted to Director of Advertising Operations where she oversees all Campaign Management, Programmatic and Ad Operations.
Katelynn started her career in Academic Publishing after receiving a degree in Marketing from Rider University. She gained an understanding of medical education content and pharmaceutical brand marketing while working for a medical education content provider, just before joining EHS.
Renee joined eHealthcare Solutions in 2004 as a web developer. She stayed for a few years and then went out to brave the world of Internet marketing and broaden her experience. Renee returned to the eHealthcare Solution’s fold in 2014.
With over 10 years of experience in digital analytics and campaign performance, Renee is an expert in traffic analysis, SEO, campaign optimization, and viewability. She helps publishers in the healthcare industry by providing in-depth site audits and recommendations for improving traffic and viewability metrics.
Samuel Ferrante started his career with eHealthcare Solutions in 2014 as an Accounting Assistant, rising to the rank of Revenue Analyst in 2017. With several years of experience, Samuel now handles all financial and accounting responsibilities for eHealthcare Solutions in addition to providing operational and human resource support. Samuel seeks to provide deeper insights into the business by formulating business intelligence reporting and in-depth performance analysis.
Samuel has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/Finance from The College of New Jersey, and prior to joining EHS worked at ID Care, a leading Infectious Disease practice in New Jersey. In his spare time, he plays a variety of percussion instruments for local theaters throughout New Jersey.
