R.J. Lewis founded e-Healthcare Solutions in 1999. e-Healthcare Solutions is the premier vertical Internet advertising network dedicated to healthcare exclusively representing the online advertising and sponsorship opportunities of a large portfolio of high quality medical publishers. The network reaches physicians, healthcare professionals, patients and caregivers. Aligned incentives, a vertical focus on healthcare and a sole focus on its publisher partners is what distinguishes e-Healthcare Solutions from other online advertising networks.
e-Healthcare Solutions exclusively represents the online advertising and email opportunities on approximately 500 healthcare focused sites including partners such as: the American Medical Association, the American College of Physicians, the American College of Surgeons, and the American Academy of Family Physicians.

Mr. Lewis has served the pharmaceutical industry for over 16 years. Prior to Physicians' Online, Mr. Lewis served as an Account Executive for Phase Five Communications, the medical education division of the Grey Healthcare Group.
Prior to starting e-Healthcare Solutions, Mr. Lewis served as Vice President of Sales for Physicians' Online (now part of WebMD/Medscape) and was responsible for hiring and training the pharmaceutical focused sales force.
R.J. earned his MBA in 1999, in Marketing and Information Systems from the Stern School of Business at New York University.
Ray Thibodeau, VP of Site Recruitment and Publishing Partnerships
Ray is an industry veteran and brings over 26 years of publishing and healthcare industry experience to e-Healthcare Solutions. He is a recent addition to EHS and is charged with helping our publishing partners to develop strategies for commercial development and growth that includes an expanding list of marketing and sales services. Ray's department is also responsible for site support , implementation and customer service. Ray also provides experience and leadership in working with the EHS sales force to provide best practice in consultative selling to both our pharmaceutical and agency clients due to his many years of sales management and industry experience.
Thibodeau was most recently with Lippincott Williams and Wilkins where he served as Executive Publisher and Vice President of Advertising Sales. He is a past president of the Association of Medical Media and holds a BS. in Medical Technology from Salisbury State University in Maryland.
He lives in Doylestown, Pa with his wife and three children.
Michael Koller, Financial Controller
Prior to joining e-Healthcare Solutions, Mike served as Controller for Software Quality Solutions, Inc., a leading provider of Business Technology Optimization (BTO) and IT Governance (ITG) solutions. He also has previous experience as a Senior Financial Institution Examiner with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation.
Mike brings extensive financial and administrative experience to e-Healthcare Solutions, Inc. In addition to his financial and accounting responsibilities, he provides operational and human resource support to the organization.
Mike has a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration/Finance from The College of New Jersey and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in New Jersey. He lives in North Hanover, NJ, with his wife and two children.
Michele Trichter, Director, Advertising Sales
Michele graduated from The Pennsylvania State University in 1990 with a Bachelors Degree in Marketing and Communications. She completed her Masters in Health Administration at St. Joseph's University in 1997, summa cum laude.
Prior to joining e-Healthcare Solutions, Michele worked in sales and account management servicing pharmaceutical companies for MD Net Guide. She also has past experience working in the managed care and insurance industry. She has over 15 years of healthcare sales experience.
Michele specializes in providing quality customer service by valuing and developing the relationships she builds with her customers.
Currently, Michele lives in Princeton, NJ, with her daughter.
Lars Jorgensen, Senior Advertising Sales Representative
Lars graduated with an MBA from the Copenhagen Business School in Denmark. After writing his thesis on online marketing within the US pharmaceutical industry, he permanently moved to the states where he joined Intellexchange, an Internet start-up, as a Corporate Sales Manager.
After 3 years in IT sales, Lars joined e-Healthcare Solutions in 2006 with a solid foundation of sales experience and is now focused on Pharma/Agency clients as well as other clients within the medical industry.
As a strategic thinker, Lars is committed to the role of helping his clients reach their advertising goals however they may be defined.
Lars is fluent in four languages. He enjoys playing tennis and golf and spending time with his wife and two kids in Hamilton, NJ.
