eHealthcare Solutions is looking for an experienced Project Manager — Digital Solutions. The individual will manage a variety of projects across several clients while also collaborating with a cross-functional team, including strategy, sales, creative, ad operations, and technology. The individual will coordinate the work of the entire project team to ensure program success and client satisfaction. Prior experience with digital projects, digital advertising, healthcare, and technical management of complex digital solutions is required. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, superior project management ability, a clear commitment to customer satisfaction, and a deep understanding of digital technologies and the healthcare industry.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and track project and production schedules and budgets, and oversee invoice tracking and account billing

Partner Relations Manager

eHealthcare Solutions (EHS) seeks a Partner Relations Manager to join the team responsible for growing and nurturing our partner network comprised of 85 of the leading medical societies, Healthcare Professional websites and media companies in the healthcare vertical.

In this role, the Partner Relations Manager must be capable of initiating and maintaining solid business relationships with key contacts at partner organizations. The candidate will coordinate with all internal EHS departments and functional groups to ensure the timely delivery and deployment of digital revenue generating programs. A high degree of organization, attention to detail and self-motivation is required. A positive customer service-oriented attitude is critical.  This person will utilize various online information resources to identify potential partners, conduct prospecting outreach, screening, interviewing and capabilities presentations, as well as provide diligent follow-up and coordinate with the VP, Audience Partnerships to establish business relations with new digital partners.

The Partner Relations Manager will also leverage his/her marketing skills and knowledge of media to support the ongoing management and maintenance of existing partnerships:

  • Introduce, provide education, and deploy new offerings and programs to partners
  • Maintain regular contact with existing network partners, answer questions, and provide service, support, and consultation for online trends related to the industry.
  • Produce and manage regular reporting and analysis of the Network to identify over/underperforming areas, as well as track performance against key metrics such as sell-through, availability, registrations, traffic, etc.
  • Assist Ad Operations and Sales with the planning and delivery of client campaigns and sourcing needed inventory.
  • Coordinate with Marketing on information, analysis and materials needed to support sales
  • Develop site media kits and collateral materials
  • Develop, analyze and communicate site reporting metrics such as revenue growth, traffic fluctuations, etc…

The recruitment aspects of the job entail growing our network though proactively prospecting, finding, and approaching appropriate websites for eHealthcare Solutions to sell advertising on their websites. Prospective websites offer targeted reach and advertising opportunities for companies looking to promote products and services to healthcare providers, patients. and caregivers. The role encompasses the full sales cycle from research and first contact, to discussion, education, contracting. and implementation.

The liaison aspect of this position entails maintaining regular contact with existing network partners, answering questions, and providing partners with general service, support, and consultation for online trends related to the industry.

Applicants should be excited about the Internet and willing to learn all aspects of internet advertising. Candidate should be outgoing and personable and feel comfortable in a sales/recruiting role. We have positions open selling our Physician/HCP audiences as well as our Patient/Caregiver audiences. These positions require outgoing,  dedicated individuals with a strong work ethic and a commitment to success.

Candidates should be customer service oriented, intelligent, well organized, self-motivated and personable. Experience in healthcare marketing and/or Internet advertising is important.

Experience in working with bulk email packages, CRM programs such as, and ad servers such as DoubleClick DFP is a plus.
